    Return Policy

  • Returns must include an RA Number, arrive in re-sellable condition (Personalized item(s) are not resalable*), and will be charged a $25.00 restocking fee. Customer is also responsible for shipping charges back to Smith Printing.
  • All returns must include a RETURN AUTHORIZATION Number, an RA Number. Please call customer service at (406) 839-2205 or email customer service (CUSTOMERSERVICE@SMITHPRINTINGSHOP.COM) for an RA Number prior to returning any items. Items received without an RA Number will not be eligible for refund and will not be processed until we receive a written request for refund.
  • Smith Printing & Innovations, Inc. will accept non-personalized item(s) for return if requested within 15 days of customer receipt for refund. Item(s) returned after 15 days and up to 30 days will receive Website credit. Returns after 30 days will not be refunded.

    *No personalized item(s) will be accepted for return unless it contains a production error by Smith Printing.


    Exchange Policy

Items received without an RA Number will not be eligible for refund and will not be processed until we receive a written request for refund.
  • Smith Printing & Innovations, Inc. will accept non-personalized item(s) for exchange if requested within 15 days of customer receipt for refund. Item(s) returned after 15 days and up to 30 days will receive site credit. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.

    *No personalized item(s) will be accepted for exchange unless it contains a production error by Smith Printing. Requests for Re-printing must be made within 30 days of customer receipt and must follow the guidelines set forth above.
